Our Story
At RwaLabs, our story began with a bold vision: to revolutionize the way real estate assets are transacted and managed. The idea first came to mind in 2022, and RwaLabs Group Ltd was incorporated on 10th April 2024. Founded by our visionary leader, who brings more than two decades of experience within the real estate sector and a passion for blockchain technology, we set out to build a ground-breaking platform that would transform the industry.
Our journey to date:

In Q4 2023, we embarked upon understanding the areas needing improvements and possible integrations of blockchain at bottleneck areas.

We designed the architecture for the RwaLabs Oracle Network, a decentralized consensus system that connects real-world property data with blockchain and our proprietary smart contracts.

We conducted in-depth research on the impact of Capital Gains Tax (CGT) on real estate and developed a tokenomic design that incorporates CGT considerations.

We are building strategic relationships with partners, advisors, universities, institutions, government entities, professional bodies, and other networks to strengthen our ecosystem.

We are actively building awareness of our project and assembling a talented development team.

We are currently focused on fundraising efforts to support the development of our Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
